I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Sun Inn tonight. The service was excellent and the presentation of the meals were first class. The chef/owner Justin Brown was once a contestant of BBC's Masterchef. My starter was Scallops on a butternut squash puree, Main- twice cooked lamb with garlic mash and broadbeans and carrots...(the menu has a better way of listing these meals so forgive me for relying on my memory)Dessert a selection of dessert consisting of espresso mousse, sticky toffee pudding (this is the first time I have ever enjoyed this pud) and creme brulee, chocolate fondant all of this came with a taster of icecream and a drizzle of fruit coulis. It was lovely.
The waiting staff were so pleasant and worked so hard to make our visit a pleasure.
I would definately recommend a visit to the Sun. I will definately visit again.

Amazing food and service. We had a large group of 13 American women so we ordered our meals ahead of time. Everything was delicious--appetizers, entrees and desserts. They brought chocolate on a cold marble slab after our meals. Perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. We loved this charming restaurant.
